Delivery

We use industry-leading and trusted delivery partners for the delivery of your orders and we ensure that your order reaches safe and sound on your doorsteps.
After visiting our digital store, you can track your order on our tracking page.
Overall, our estimated delivery time depends on the location and package delivery details. You can see the estimated delivery time on the product.
Buyers generally can’t change the delivery address after providing it at the checkout. However, if the seller hasn’t yet sent the item, the best thing to do is to contact us to cancel the transaction, then buy the item again with the correct delivery address. If the item is already shipped then you need to wait for the item to arrive and then return it and then buy the item again with the correct delivery address.
If you made your purchase in the last 5 minutes, you can cancel the order yourself. Here’s how:
  • Go to My Account -> Orders, and find the order you want to cancel.
  • Click the “Cancel Order” button and enter the reason for cancellation.
  • Click Submit.
We’ll check with the seller to confirm that they haven’t sent the item yet. If the seller has not shipped the order then your order will be canceled. If the seller has already sent your order, or if they don’t accept the cancellation, the package will be sent to the address you originally selected.
Yes. We sometimes offer free delivery or delivery at discounted rates. Please subscribe to our mailing list and get updates on delivery discounts and other offers. We promise never to share your email address with a third party.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Before returning an item, please make sure that you have read our returns policy. You have the following ways of returning an item to us: On delivery – When our rider has arrived with the item, you have the option to open the package and check the contents. If you want to return then our rider will ask you for the reason. Our rider will validate your reason against our return policy and may or may not initiate the return process. If the return is initiated, then you can hand the package to that rider for return. After delivery – If you decided to return the item at a later date, you need to fill our return form online here. On receiving the return form, one of our riders will come to your home to pick up the package. Please make sure that the package must be in the original packing. You may have to pay for the return shipping depending upon your reason. Our rider will collect that fee from you on his arrival.
Depending on a few factors and your reason for return, you may be asked to pay for shipping charges.
Perishable goods like food, flowers, etc. In addition to this sanitary, intimate, hazardous, flammable liquids and gases, gift cards, some health and personal care items, and downloadable software products are non-refundable. To find out if your item is non-returnable contact us.
If you’ve used JazzCash or EasyPaisa, your refunded amount will be credited back to you via the original method of payment. If you paid cash on delivery then your refunded amount will be sent to your ShopingRite wallet. Please note that we will never offer any cash alternatives for a refund.
Usually, it will take around 5-7 business days after we authorize your refund. But it depends on the process of the payment provider as well.
You can write an email to us or call our customer support team. We’ll let you whether the replacement is possible or not. Our team will update you regarding replacement policies in case of any damaged or faulty goods. However, you can read our policies first to get the required help.

Discounts, Offers & Vouchers

Sometimes discount code doesn’t work because either the code has expired or you are entering the wrong code. But still, if you have any issues with discount codes feel free to contact us.
We usually publish our discount codes on our homepage but you can subscribe to our mailing list, and get updates on discounts, special offers, new arrivals, and more.
Coupons can’t be applied after the purchase is complete. If you forgot to use your coupon code and it is now expired, then unfortunately we cannot help you but you can watch out for new coupons and offers in the future by subscribing to our mailing list and get updates on discounts, special offers, new arrivals, and more.
No. You can redeem only one coupon at a time. Usage is also subjected to the terms and conditions of the coupon.
Unfortunately, expired coupons can’t be used and will not work even if you try to use them.

ShopingRite Wallet

ShopingRite has a digital wallet that customers can use to make payments on the ShopingRite website for affordable online shopping in Pakistan.
In order to top up your ShopingRite wallet:
  • Click on the Wallet icon on the top menu.
  • Click the “Wallet topup” button.
  • Enter the amount you want to top up.
  • Click Add
You will now be directed to the checkout page and have to use any of the available options on the checkout page to pay for the top-up amount. Once the payment is complete, your wallet will have the required amount.
Yes, the ShopingRite wallet is just a wrapper system to facilitate the customer. The actual money is secured in ShopingRite’s bank account. Hence it is pretty secure.

Account

You can make an account by going to our home page and clicking on “Register” on the top-right of the page. With this account, you can access shopping delivery, Pakistan and start the process.
If we believed to have found suspicious activities under your account or if we have reason to believe that you have violated our terms and conditions then we will terminate your account without notice.
You can change your username, password, or other information at any time on the My Account page. After you have logged in, go to My Account, select Account Details, then change your details and click Save changes.
If you have forgotten your password, then you can follow the “forgot your password” link on the login page. You can then provide either your username or email and we will send you a link to reset your password.
